Eligibility : Nestle Comedy Tour Sweepstakess is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years and older

Promotion Period : Nestle Comedy Tour Sweepstakes begins 7:00:01 p.m. ET 8/4/09 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/3/09.

How To Enter : Look for a Promotion Code inside BUTTERFINGER®, NESTLÉ® CRUNCH®, BABY RUTH®, 100 GRAND®, BUTTERFINGER® CRISP, NESTLÉ® CRUNCH® CRISP, or BABY RUTH® CRISP single or king size candy bars (each a participating “Product”). If your Product does not have a code inside, you can play using the UPC number found on the outside of Product wrapper. The promotion code and the product UPC number are referred to as the “Promotion Code.” Each Promotion Code entered is valid for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Log on to Butterfinger.com/improv and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter your Promotion Code.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per day regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Comedy Tour Vacation Package (“Package”) for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (each of whom must be 21 years of age or older) to see a comedy show in each of the following four destinations: Irvine, California; Denver, Colorado; New York, New York; and Miami, Florida (trip dates and shows TBD by Sponsor). Winner and guests must travel to each destination location consecutively over a nine- (9-) day period. Package includes coach air transportation from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence to the first Comedy Tour destination city (if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the first destination, car service will be substituted in lieu of air transportation and no cash difference will be awarded), coach air transportation to all remaining destination cities and back to Winner’s residence airport, ground transportation (to/from airport to/from hotel, to/from Comedy Club to/from hotel), a total of 9 days/8 nights hotel accommodations (two (2) standard rooms, double-occupancy; Sponsor to select hotel) and four (4) tickets with VIP seating to one (1) show at the Improv-owned Comedy Club in each destination city (seating selected by Sponsor), which may include a private meet and greet with talent as available (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) up to $16,000).

FIRST PRIZES: Two Hundred and Fifty First Prize Winners will each receive two (2) tickets to any Improv- or Funny Bone USA-owned comedy club in the United States. See Butterfinger.com/improv for a full list of participating clubs and locations (ARV $40 USD).
