Eligibility : The Ghirardelli Bring Your Dark to Light Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on May 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 20, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
