Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be: (i) a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) between six (6) and fifteen (15) years of age at the time of entry, and (iii) physically located within one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry (each, a “Participant”).

Promotion Period :  Begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 23, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 21, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Entries limited to one (1) entry per person and/or email address during the Sweepstake Period.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be the Grand Prize Winner’s Parent) (“Guests”) to New York, NY in order for Grand Prize Winner to participate in the Toys “R” Us Toy Run (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes (i) roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest New York, NY approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,000; (ii) standard hotel accommodations for 3 nights (double room; quad occupancy) (ARV: $900.00); (iii) a trip to the Times Square Toys “R” Us store to participate in the Toys “R” Us Toy Run and win toys and other retail items with an ARV not more than $5,000.00; and (iv) $1,000.00 spending money for Grand Prize Winner. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $8,900.00.

First Prize (100): One hundred winners will each receive a $100.00 Toys “R” Us gift card.

Box 10505, Rochester, NY 14610. Please specify “Rules” or “Winner Info”. All requests must be received by January 23, 2013.
