Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) prior to entering and be: (i) a legal resident of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”); and (ii) either be between the ages of eight (8) and fifteen (15) at the time of entry or the Parent of a child aged between eight (8) and fifteen (15) years old at the time of entry (each a “Participant”, collectively the “Participants”).

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (Eastern Time [“ET”]) on June 9, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on June 23, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights stay at the Hilton Universal City Hotel (or similar standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice) (one (1) room, quad occupancy, room, tax and daily breakfast only), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and the Event (as defined below); (iv) mid-sized automobile rental with unlimited mileage in Los Angeles, CA for duration of Trip Package (GP Winner’s Parent must have a current and valid driver’s license issued by one of the United States prior to receipt of the rental automobile); (v) four (4) general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to the 2014 Kids’ Choice Sports live event scheduled to take place on July 17, 2014 (the “Event”); (vi) VIP viewing experience for GP Winner and Guests at the Event; and, (vii) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip Package is $6,955.00.
