Last week, we learned that Nick Jonas would be the new 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards host and to celebrate this announcement, Viacom Media may send you to Los Angeles to attend the 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards on March 28, 2015!

This sweepstakes is your second chance to win a trip to the 2015 KCAs. As you may already know, Nick.com is currently running the Kids’ Choice Awards Access Pass Sweepstakes and will send one lucky fan to LA where she/he will have the chance to meet Breanna Yde and Benjamin Flores Jr. from Haunted Hathaways, walk the Orange Carpet and of course, attend the 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards!

You and your family will be flown to Los Angeles for a four (4) days/three (3) nights family vacation (airfare and hotel accommodations included). During the trip, you’ll have unforgettable family fun during the 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards live at the Forum in Inglewood, California.

During the promotion period, which started on Monday, February 9, 2015, visit NickKidsChoiceAwardsSweeps.com and complete the entry form as instructed. Then, submit the form to receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for that day. Return each day to enter again, up to a maximum total of fifteen (15) sweepstakes entries during the entire promotion period. All entries must be completed and received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Monday, February 23, 2015.

You may also enter the sweepstakes by hand printing your name, the name of the NCTC member cable system operator to which you subscribe, your mailing address, e-mail and telephone number on a postcard or piece of paper no larger than “8 1?2 x 11” enclosed in an envelope and sending it via the U.S. Postal Service with proper postage affixed to it to:

Eligibility

In order to participate, you must meet the following criteria:

• be a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
• be at least twenty-one (21) years old at time of entry and the parent of a child between the ages of six (6) and seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry;
• be a valid subscriber of one (1) of the National Cable Television Cooperative member cable system operators participating in the Sweepstakes at the time of entry.
