Nokia Rock and Reel Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Nokia Rock and Reel Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of AL or NE) and have an active e-mail address as of  9/2/08.

Promotion Period : Nokia Rock and Reel Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:01 pm ET on 9/2/08 and ends at 2:59:59 pm ET on 9/30/08 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a two (2) day, one (1) night trip for the winner and five (5) guests, who must each be at least 18 years old (19 if a resident of AL or NE) by the time of travel (unless a guest is the Grand Prize winner’s minor child or ward; ), to Los Angeles, CA to see a Nokia/T-Mobile performance starring Avril Lavigne on October 14, 2008 at the Nokia Theatre LA Live Plaza.  Prize includes: roundtrip coach air travel for six (6) to the performance city; standard, double occupancy accommodations in three (3) rooms in a hotel selected by Sponsor; ground transfers between the airport and hotel; and six (6) invitations to the performance, six (6) backstage passes, plus one (1) Nokia 5310 or Nokia 5610 mobile phone (for winner). Winner and guests must depart from and return to the major airport nearest the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and Guests must travel together on the dates and times to be specified by RealNetworks.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package: $7,500.
