Northern Trust Open Challenge

Eligibility : The Northern Trust Open Challenge (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Northern Trust Open Challenge begins on September 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 22, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :   Each participant may enter or play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
For each referral of up to three (3) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of three (3) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZE: A 2008 Northern Trust Open Pin Flag signed by Phil Mickelson and a 2008 Northern Trust Open tournament book. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZE: A round of golf for three (3) with the Northern Trust Open Tournament Direction (date, location and tee time determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Travel to golf course location is not included. ARV: $600.

TWO (2) ENTRY PERIOD 3 PRIZES: Two (2) tickets to a 2009 STAPLES Center performance determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (travel to Los Angeles, CA not included). ARV: $600.

TWO (2) ENTRY PERIOD 4 PRIZES: Two (2) tickets to the 2009 Northern Trust Open for either Saturday, February 21 or Sunday, February 22 which is scheduled to take place on; custom-fitted clubs including a driver, woods, irons, wedges and a putter (specific clubs determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a staff bag with winner’s name on it; and Srixon golf balls. Travel to 2009 Northern Trust Open not included. ARV: $3,457.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 5 PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to Santa Monica, CA for the 2009 Northern Trust Open on February 20 – February 22 (hotel for Friday and Saturday night). Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Santa Monica, CA; two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Northern Trust Open for two (2) days (dates and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a custom made Scotty Cameron Northern Trust Open putter; and a $500 American Express gift card (terms and conditions apply) that can be used toward the purchase of dinner for two (2). Winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion or forfeit the prize. ARV: $4,970.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 6 PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to Santa Monica, CA for the 2009 Northern Trust Open which is scheduled to take place on February 21– 23, 2009 (Hotel for Saturday night and Sunday night stay). Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Santa Monica, CA; two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between hotel and 2009 Northern Trust Open; two (2) tickets to the Northern Trust Open for two (2) days (dates and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); golf apparel (all details of apparel provided determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); admission for two (2) to the taping of a golf channel segment (all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a custom made Scotty Cameron Northern Trust Open putter. Winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion or forfeit the prize. ARV: $5,150.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 7 PRIZE: 8GB iPod Touch, a $100 iTunes gift card (terms and conditions apply) and two (2) tickets to a 2009 STAPLES Center performance determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (travel to Los Angeles, CA not included). ARV: $1,600.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 8 PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to Chicago, IL. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL; two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two tickets to the Art Institute; and a $300 American Express Gift Card for dinner. Winner must travel before December 31, 2009 or forfeit the prize. ARV: $4,820.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 9 PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to San Francisco, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Francisco, CA; two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); dinner for two (2) one (1) night; two (2) tickets to the King Tut exhibit at the M.H. de Young Memorial Museum (subject to availability); and a $300 American Express Gift Card. TWO (2) ENTRY PERIOD 10 PRIZES: Two (2) tickets to a 2009 NOKIA Theatre performance (performance, date and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Travel to performance is not included. ARV: $600.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 11 GRAND PRIZE: A round of golf for three (3) people at the Riviera Country Club with the Northern Trust Open Tournament Director in Pacific Palisades, California (date and tee time determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Travel to Los Angeles is not included. ARV: $600.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 11 FIRST PRIZE: Northern Trust Open gift basket including a Pin Flag signed by Phil Mickelson, a 2008 Northern Trust Open tournament book, champagne, golf balls and Cleveland XLS Driver. ARV: $550.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 12 PRIZE: A 2008 Pin Flag signed by Phil Mickelson, a 2008 Northern Trust Open tournament book and two (2) CG14 Wedges (sizes and styles determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $400.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 13 PRIZE: Northern Trust Open gift basket including a Pin Flag signed by Phil Mickelson, a 2008 Northern Trust Open tournament book, champagne, golf balls and two (2) Cleveland Hibore XLS Drivers (size and style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $893.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 14 PRIZE: $500 gift certificate (terms and conditions apply) that can be used toward apparel from the Northern Trust Open online store. ARV: $500.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 15 PRIZE: Nintendo Wii game console; the Wii Fit and Tiger Woods PGA Golf Tour 2008 game; and a custom made Scotty Cameron Northern Trust Open putter (size and style determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $875.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 16 PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to Chicago, IL and the opportunity to attend the 2009 Solheim Cup which is scheduled to take place on August 17, 2009 and August 23, 2009. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL; two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and two (2) tickets to the 2009 Solheim Cup for two (2) days (dates and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion or forfeit the prize. ARV: $5,060.
