NOS Need for Speed Shift Sweepstakes

Eligibility : NOS Need for Speed Shift Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (& DC) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The NOS Need for Speed Shift Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), March 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, April 30, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.drinknos.com/stuff.do?ss=contest  and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : 1 Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

5 Grand Prizes: A trip package for 2 to Los Angeles, CA for the E3 Expo 2010 consisting of roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 4 days and 3 nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to the attend the E3 Expo 2010 and the chance to compete in the NOS Need for Speed Shift Contest to win a NOS branded Nissan; airport transfers between airport and hotel; and $250 spending money.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.
