Open Hearts Valentine’s Day Event Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Open Hearts Valentine’s Day Event (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) January 1, 2014 and ends 4:00 pm ET February 14, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

Enter Via Text : During the Promotion Period, use your cellular phone or a two-way text-messaging capable device (collectively, the “Device”) to text KAY to 63784 (“Text”). Once you have sent the Text, you will need to reply to a message verifying your eligibility (per these rules) and providing your email address and then you will receive a confirming email message and one (1) registration entry into that weekly drawing period and the Grand Prize drawing. Standard data and text messaging charges may apply.

Limit : Limit one (1) registration entry per person/email address per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) to Malibu, California, including round trip economy class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA, round trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Malibu, four (4) nights ocean view accommodations (based on double occupancy) at the Malibu Beach Inn or similar, use of car rental for five (5) days, winner’s choice of one surf or kayak lesson for two people and $500, awarded in the form of a check, for the Grand Prize winner only. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,500.
