P-5 Saving Pandas Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and at least the age of majority in their state and/or jurisdiction of primary residence (whichever is older) under applicable law on the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The P-5 Saving Pandas Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 3:00:01 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 22, 2014, and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on August 31, 2014 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :  There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person, per Facebook account and per e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period.  There is a limit of one thousand one hundred and fifty (1,150) Bonus Entries per person, per Facebook account and per e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of obtaining Bonus Entries.

Prize (s) :

One (1) winner during the Sweepstakes Period, subject to verification as described in Winner Selection/Notification, will receive a “Grand Prize,” which consists of (1) round-trip air transportation for two (2) from/to the major international gateway airport closest to the winner’s US residence to/from Chengdu, China; (2) hotel accommodations for three (3) nights, double occupancy (one (1) room), at a hotel selected by the Sponsor or Sponsor’s Representative; (3) ground transportation to/from airports; and (4) one (1) day Panda Keeper Experience for two (2) at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,990.

Runners-up prizing will also be awarded at random and in ascending package order. Specifically, five (5) winners will receive Saving Pandas Prize Pack A, which includes a 16GB iPad® with protective case. Approximate retail value of Prize Pack A is $350 each. Five (5) winners will receive Saving Pandas Prize Pack B, which includes one (1) season pass to the winner’s nearest local zoo or aquarium. Approximate retail value of Prize Pack B is $150 each. Five (5) winners will receive Saving Pandas Prize Pack C, which includes one (1) P-5 Pandas Five 9” Plush Collection and one (1) Giant Pandas, Born Survivors, by Dr. Zhang Zhihe. Approximate retail value of Prize Pack C is $100 each. Five (5) winners will receive Saving Pandas Prize Pack D, which includes a one (1) year subscription to National Geographic Kids. Approximate retail value is $20 each. Five (5) winners will receive Saving Pandas Prize Pack E, which includes a $5 App Store? Gift Card. Approximate value of Prize Pack E is $5 each. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all runners-up prizing is $3,125.
