Poise Spree for Three Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Poise® Spree for Three Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon and Washington) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on June 27, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 27, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Trip A: Spa Weekend in La Jolla, CA trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for three (3) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport near La Jolla, CA (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, triple occupancy); 50 minute Swedish Massage (includes 20% gratuity) for three (3); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and $3,000 spending money. Trip B: New York City, NY trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for three (3) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, triple occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; (3) Broadway tickets to a show playing in New York City; (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and $3,000 spending money. Taxes, fees and expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winners.

Trip C: Los Angeles, CA trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for three (3) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) days and two (2) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, triple occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and $3,000 spending money. Taxes, fees and expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winners.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,000.

THIRTEEN (13) FIRST PRIZES: A digital camera awarded in the form of a pre-paid VISA gift card. ARV: $150.

ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN (113) SECOND PRIZES: A 4GB pink iPod® Shuffle awarded in the form of a pre-paid VISA gift card. ARV: $80.
