Pretzel Crisps Appetizer Challenge Contest

Eligibility : This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Maryland) and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Maryland, and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 7, 2014 until 5:00 p.m. ET on May 7, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

The Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip for two (2) to New York, New York, which includes: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights first class hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); (iii) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and guest at a Food Network chef restaurant; (iv) two (2) $300 vouchers for a Broadway show; (v) a visit to the Food Network Kitchens for a Pretzel Crisps® event (date to be determined once trip is scheduled); (vi) two (2) gift baskets containing Pretzel Crisps® and assorted treats; (vii) roundtrip airport transfers to/from hotel in New York City; and (viii) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,200.
