Project Runway 5 Fashion Fly-Away Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the Continental United States (excluding all residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam) who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins on July 21, 2008 at 12:00pm Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 22, 2008 at 11:59pm PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : There is an entry limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Grand Prize consisting of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and a guest (the “Trip”) to New York, NY to attend the Project Runway 5 season finale (the “Season Finale”), the taping of which is tentatively scheduled for sometime on or around September 2008. The Trip includes 1) round trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major airport closest to winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to one of the major gateway airports nearest New York, NY (as determined by Sponsor); 2) 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations in a New York metropolitan area hotel (single room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) A L’Oreal Paris Makeover (the “Makeover”), the details of which shall be determined by Sponsor but which is expected to include a hair styling and makeup application, for the Grand Prize winner and guest; and 4) two (2) tickets to attend the Season Finale. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on winner’s place of residence. Approximate Total Retail Value of Trip is $3200.00.
