Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on February 21, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET
