Radio Disney’s Celebrate Houston Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Radio Disney’s Celebrate Houston Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C., except Maine (“Territory”).

Promotion Period :  Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., February 13, 2010, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., February 25, 2010 (“Term”)

Limit : Regardless of whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-Air Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of six (6) entries per entrant during the Term).

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, two Parent/ Legal Guardians, and one other Guest) (“Family”) to Houston, TX (“City”) to attend a Jonas Brothers OR Selena Gomez concert (“Artist Concert”) at the Houston Rodeo (“Rodeo”). In addition, the Family will have an opportunity to attend the Radio Disney pre-concert party (“Radio Disney Event”) with Ernie D (“Radio Disney DJ”). The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choosing; [2] four (4) VIP access credentials to the Radio Disney Event before the concert; [3] the opportunity to meet a Radio Disney DJ; [4] four (4) tickets to the Rodeo, including admission to the Artist Concert; [5] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and an airport in the City; [6] a rental car for duration of stay in the City; and [7] one (1) $500 Disney Store Shopping Spree for the Winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package: $3,000
