Radio Disney’s Holiday Giveback Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., December 17, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., December 29, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will be awarded a prize consisting of two (2) elements: (1) the chance to present a $5,000 donation on behalf of Radio Disney and Debby Ryan (2) a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”) to meet and greet the Artist (“Meet/Greet”). The trip will consist of the following elements for the Group (“Trip”): [1] the opportunity to Meet/Greet; and [2] one (1) gift card in the amount of $500 for the Winner. [3] hotel accommodations for four (4) (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a major airport in or near the City and Winner’s choice of airport/hotel transfers and hotel/Meet/Greet transfers or a rental of one (1) car for three (3) days, provided driver must be at least 25 years old, have a valid major credit card and driver’s license and agree to all the terms and conditions required by car rental agency. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) to the Winner: $4,000
