Radio Disney’s Prom Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone under 16 years of age who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., March 26, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., April 7, 2011 (“Term”)

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner (“Winner”) will win a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner, one Parent and two other guests (“Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”) to attend the Prom Premiere (“Premiere”) on April 21, 2011. In addition, the Winner will have an opportunity to meet AllStar Weekend (“Band”). The Trip will consist of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in or near the City; [2] four (4) admissions to the Premiere; [3] the opportunity for the Winner to meet and greet the Band; [4] hotel/Airport transfers or rental car; [5] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and Los Angeles International Airport and [6] airport/hotel transfers. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,000
