Radio Disney’s Selena Gomez and the Scene We Own the Night Concert Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., June 18, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., June 30, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, two Parents/ Legal Guardians, and one other Guest) (“Family”) to see Selena Gomez and the Scene and opening act Allstar Weekend in the “We Own the Night” tour (“Concert”) to a sponsor determined city (“City”) close to their home. In addition, the Winner will have an opportunity to meet Selena (“Artist”) and Allstar Weekend (“Band”) in person. The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Group (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights; [2] four (4) Tickets for the Group to a Concert near their home; [3] the opportunity for the Winner to meet and greet the Artist and Band; [4] car rental or hotel/Concert transfers; [5] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Group between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an airport in the City.

Winner List : For name of Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: “SELENA GOMEZ AND THE SCENE ‘WE OWN THE NIGHT’ CONCERT” Sweepstakes, c/o Radio Disney, 500 S. Buena Vista. St. Burbank, CA 91521. Winner’s name will also be posted at www.radiodisney.com.
