Radio Disney’s Taylor Swift ‘Speak Now’ World Tour Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., July 16, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., July 28, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell or more than one person use the same Address / Cell , only one (1) On-line or SMS Entry per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) Entries per entrant during the Entry Period); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 Entries) per entrant per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) On-air Super Entries per entrant during the Entry Period). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, two Parent/Legal Guardians, and one other Guest) (“Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”) to see Taylor Swift in Concert (“Concert”) from a luxury suite at the Staples Center. The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Group (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City; [2] four (4) private luxury box tickets for the Group to the Concert; [3] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Group between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an airport in the City; and [4] airport/hotel transfers or car rental. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,500
