Ride With RC Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Ride With RC Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions), thirteen (13) years of age or older as of 4/15/09.

Promotion Period : The Ride With RC Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 am (PDT) on 4/15/09 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PDT) on 5/31/09 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : You may enter via the Internet by following the directions (providing your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and e-mail address) given in The “RIDE WITH RC SWEEPSTAKES” entry section at www.foxhead.com (the “Entry Site”).

Limit : ONLY ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR PER E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize consists of a three (3) day, two (2) night trip to Tallahassee, FL to be scheduled to take place between June 14th and July 4th, 2009 (specific dates of travel are to be determined based on the mutual availability of Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor) for two (2) persons including (i) round trip (“R/T”) coach class air transportation (via airline[s] selected by Sponsor) for two (2) people from the major U.S. gateway city airport closest to the winner’s hometown to Tallahassee, FL, (ii) hotel accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) for two (2) consecutive nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, (iii) ground transportation while in Tallahassee, FL (iv) the opportunity to spend one (1) day (approx. 2-4 hours on site) with
Sponsor’s representative at Ricky Carmichael’s private motocross track; Ricky Carmichael will be present, schedule permitting (v) Sponsor will provide motorcycles for Grand Prize winner’s use while at Ricky Carmichael’s, if Grand Prize winner is judged by Sponsor’s representative to have the experience and skills to operate motorcycle required for the terrain and conditions of the track; and (iv) Sponsor will provide one (1) full set of Fox motocross gear including 2009 Platinum pants, jerseys and gloves, a V3 helmet, F3 boots, MX Goggles, MX socks, and a gear bag . All determinations as to suitability of whether and where the Grand Prize winner may operate the motorcycle will be made my Sponsor’s representative. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,500
