Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who have Internet access, an email account, and an email address.

Promotion Period : Begins on September 12, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 13, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will select one (1) of the following trip options:

a. Mediterranean Cruise: A Mediterranean cruise for two (2). Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Barcelona, Spain; one (1) night accommodations in Barcelona pre-cruise (hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; single room, double occupancy); seven (7) to ten (10) nights’ accommodations on the cruise in a balcony cabin (single room, double occupancy); a around the clock dining options aboard the cruise; nightly entertainment aboard the cruise; shipboard gratuities; ground transportation to and from airport and cruise port; $1,000 spending money; and travel agent services. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $14,285.71.

b. Punta Cana: A trip for two (2) to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; seven (7) nights’ accommodations at The Hard Rock Resort & Spa or a comparable hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day during the trip; in-suite dining; and travel agent services. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $13,071.43

c. Napa Valley: A trip for two (2) to Napa Valley, CA. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Francisco, CA; six (6) nights’ accommodations at a Napa Valley hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a $500 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay; private wine country tour via Beauvine tours (or comparable company); hot air balloon with Champagne brunch; guided Kayak tour on the Russian River or Jenner Coast; and travel agent services. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $13,668.57.

d. Park City: A trip for two (2) to Park City, Utah. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Park City, Utah; seven (7) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; $3,000
spending money; and travel agent services. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $13,357.14.

e. Key West: A trip for two (2) to Key West, Florida. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Key West, Florida; seven (7) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $500 allowance for rental car for length of stay; a snorkeling trip and a tour to the Dry Tortugas (breakfast and lunch included); champagne celebration on a sunset cruise; a day of sailing and water sports; $1,000 spending money; and travel agent services. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ARV: $7,471.43.

TWENTY FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES: Scotts LawnService for one (1) year (awarded as a credit to winner’s Scotts LawnService account). Winners receive a full year of Scotts LawnService Basic lawn program. ARV: $375.

FIFTEEN (15) SECOND PRIZES: An iPad mini. ARV: $330.
