Seagram’s Ultimate Escape Sweepstakes
Eligibility : The Seagram’s Ultimate Escape Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older, except residents of California, and any other state where a promotion such as the Sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by federal, state or local laws or regulations.
Promotion Period : Between January 15, 2009 and March 27 , 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)
How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, pick up a Sweepstakes entry form at participating retailers (while supply lasts); download an entry form via our website at: www.seagramsescapes.com or hand-print your name, address, email address, age and telephone number on a piece of paper. Send the entry form (or hand-written paper) in a postage-paid envelope to: Seagram’s Ultimate Escape Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5009 Clinton, IA 52736.
Limit : Only one (1) Sweepstakes entry per household will be accepted.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): Trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Mexico, inclusive of airfare, for a 6-day, 5-night stay at a hotel resort to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip includes round trip coach airfare from a major airport near the winner’s residence to Mexico. A U.S. passport will be required for travel. The winner stay at the hotel and resort includes hotel accommodations (based on standard room, double occupancy), meals and beverages (excluding premium/super premium alcoholic beverages). The retail value of the Grand Prize Trip shall not exceed $4,999 (the “Grand Prize Limit”).

For the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Seagram’s Ultimate Escape Sweepstakes Winners List, P.O. Box 5009 Clinton, IA 52736. Requests must be received by December 31, 2009. Residents of VT need not include postage.

I have applied for Seagram’s gin rebates in the past and received it. But lately when I apply for Seagram’s vodka rebates, you all don’t honor it. I realize there are limits on the rebates, but the gin rebates are not the same as vodka rebates. Therefore, the vodka rebates should be honored.
