Eligibility : You are eligible to enter the Contest if you are (i) a legal United States resident located in the United States and (ii) age 18 or older as of January 1, 2011

Promotion Period : Begin at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2011 (“Contest Start Date”) and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 31, 2011

Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person per e-mail address during the Contest Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and eleven (11) First Prize winners.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a monogrammed, made-to-measure pair of Signature Series Tony Lama boots and a trip to the 2011 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (Rodeo Dates-December 1-10, 2011; Thomas & Mack Center; Las Vegas, NV) with airfare and hotel included (“Trip”). The Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3000.00.

The First Prize winners will each receive a gift certificate for one pair of his or hers Centennial Collection boots. The ARV of each First Prize is $250.00
