Sears Dad Rules Contest

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are aged 18 or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : All Entries must be submitted between 5/25/10 and 11:59:59: PM CT on 6/11/10 (“Contest Entry Period”)

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Guest”) to attend the 2010 MLB All-Star Game in Anaheim, California consisting of round-trip coach class air transportation between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Los Angeles, CA, two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor (quad occupancy standard room and tax only), four (4) tickets to the 2010 MLB All-Star Game on July 13, 2010, round trip limousine transportation between airport and hotel and between hotel and the 2010 MLB All-Star Game venue and one (1) check in the amount of $1,000 payable to Grand Prize Winner’s order. ARV of Grand Prize: $7,000;

FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will receive one (1) $2,500 Sears Gift Card;

SEVEN (7) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: Each Runner-up Prize Winner will receive one (1) $100 Sears Gift Card.
