Seeking a Friend for the End of the World Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”), EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 22, 2012

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend the 2012 MTV Movie Awards (the “Event”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,715.00.

First Prizes (5): Each First Prize Winner will receive a Seeking a Friend for the End of the World Prize Pack consisting of (i) one (1) tote bag, one (1) glass, one (1) t-shirt, one (1) keychain, one (1) glow stick and one (1) lip balm (the “First Prize(s)” and together with the Grand Prize, the “Prizes”). The ARV of each First Prize is $30.00.

Winner List : For a copy of these Official Rules or any legally required List of Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Seeking a Friend for the End of the World Sweepstakes”, Attn: Monica Balogh, MTV, 1515 Broadway, 24th FL, New York, New York 10036. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the names of the Winners must be made by July 22, 2012. Please note on the front left-hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Winners”. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.
