Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period : SmoothFit SelectRide Sweepstakes will run from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on February 20, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 31, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter, follow the links at http://www.maxim.com to the contests page to reach the official entry form.Then fill in your name, home address, e-mail address, and date of birth and hit the SEND button.

Limit : Only one entry per person and per e-mail address will be accepted.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will receive a three day / two night trip for two to Los Angeles to attend the 2009 Maxim Hot 100 Party.  Prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (airline to be selected   within the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities) from the US gateway airport closest to the winner’s home, accommodations for two nights (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected and determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sweepstakes Entities, ground transportation between the airport and hotel and two tickets to the Maxim Hot 100 Party.  Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,240.
