Eligibility : Participation open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories and possessions) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old as of August 2, 2010..

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes will begin on August 2, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. EDT and will end on August 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. EDT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner shall receive:

• Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major international airport nearest the winner’s hometown to a Las Vegas-area (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). If the Winner’s hometown is, at the sole determination of the Sponsor, within One Hundred (100) miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Winner and travel companion will depart on August 17, 2010 and will return on August 19, 2010;
• Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard room, double occupancy) in Las Vegas, Nevada;
• Ground transportation for Winner and guest during their stay in Las Vegas, Nevada, including roundtrip transportation to and from the airport ; and
• Three Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($3 ,500.00).
• Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
