Spike’s Inside The Octagon Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Spike’s Inside The Octagon Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, who, at the time of entry, are able and prepared to document that they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Promotion Period : Entry period commences 1:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), April 7, 2009, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), June 1, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period on-line only by completing the Sweepstakes registration form available on the Internet via http://www.spike.com (the “Website”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per day per person during the Entry Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Winner will receive one (1) trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for Winner and up to two (2) eligible guests (collectively, the “Guests”).
The Prize includes the following:
a. Round trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guests from a city closest to the Winner’s home, which city shall be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, and Las Vegas, Nevada;
b. hotel room accommodations (i.e., one (1) hotel room) for two (2) nights at the Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada, accommodations to be determined by Sponsor;
c. three (3) tickets to TUF 9 finale, scheduled for June 20, 2009; and
d. ground transportation to/from the Las Vegas, Nevada, McCarran International Airport and the Palms.
Approximate retail value of the Prize is Four Thousand EightHundred Dollars ($4,800.00).
