Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), January 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, February 29, 2012

Limit : 5 entries into the applicable Day’s drawing and 5 entries into the Grand Prize drawing per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.

Prize (s) :

1 Grand Prize: A trip package for 2 to Miami, Florida and the opportunity for a meet and greet and a photo opportunity with LeBron James. Prize package consists of round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); round trip transfers between airport and hotel; 4 nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to a Miami professional basketball game scheduled for April 8, 2012 (seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a tour of a portion of Miami, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and $2,500 spending money.
