Eligibility : The Staples Center of It All Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older from the date of participation.

Promotion Period : The Staples Center of It All Sweepstakes begins on September 29, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on November 10, 2009 at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Music Prize Package (1): One winner and guest will receive a trip to the Biggest Music Awards Show of the Year in January of 2010 for 3 days/2 nights. Trip includes hotel accommodations (one room, double-occupancy) at a hotel chosen by Sponsor, round-trip airfare via JetBlue from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA. Two (2) tickets to the awards show, two (2) tickets to the awards show rehearsal, two (2) tickets to an awards show post-party and two (2) $100 Staples gift cards. Actual value may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel.  Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Total Trip ARV is $4,750.

Basketball Prize Package (1): One winner and guest will receive one (1) trip to two (2) professional basketball games at STAPLES Center (dates chosen by Sponsor) for 3 days/2 nights and two (2) Staples $100 gift cards.
