State Farm Go To Bat Promotion

Eligibility : The State Farm® Go To Bat Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia & Canadian provinces of Alberta, New Brunswick & Ontario (excluding residents of Quebec) who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on July 12, 2010 through 11:59:59 PM CT on September 26, 2010

Prize (s):

Ten (10) Grand Prizes (one (1) prize per Entry Period):  Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to attend Games 3 & 4 of the 2010 MLB® World Series championship. In addition, the charity designated on each Grand Prize Winner’s Registration Form (or mailed entry) will directly receive a donation (in the form of a check) on behalf of State Farm. Amount of each donation will be calculated based on the number of home runs hit during all MLB games played during the applicable Entry Period multiplied by 100, with the exception of Entry Period #1 which will be calculated based on the number of home runs hit during all MLB games played between 7/19/10 and 7/25/10. In addition, the charity that was designated on the overall greatest number of entries at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will directly receive a donation of $25,000 USD (in the form of a check) on behalf of State Farm. Each individual donation will not exceed $25,000 USD.Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence in the U.S. or Canada, two (2) night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel/games & two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend Games 3 & 4 of the 2010 MLB® World Series championship. Exact dates of trip will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $5,000 USD.

Winners : For a list of winners, available after October 29, 2010, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by October 29, 2010 to: State Farm Go To Bat Winners, P.O. Box 17008, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7008. Residents of Canada may omit return postage.
