State Farm iAD Promotion

Eligibility : The State Farm iAD Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/1/10 and 11:59:59 PM ET on 2/4/11

Limit :  There is a limit of one (1) Promotion entry per person, per household, per mobile phone number and per email address per day regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following: 1.) 5-day/4-night trip for two to NBA All-Star 2011 in Los Angeles between 2/17/11 and 2/21/11 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, two tickets to select All-Star events and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel; 2) One $500 State Farm branded gift card; and 3.) Two (2) All-Star jerseys. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package=$9,240).

One (1) First Prize: One (1) autographed East All-Star jersey and one (1) autographed West All-Star jersey. ARV: $360.

Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes: One (1) basketball autographed by LeBron James. ARV: $90.
