Eligibility : The StubHub Britney Spears Fly Away Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The StubHub Britney Spears Fly Away Giveaway begins at 12:00:01AM (Central Time) Monday, March 30, 2009 and ends on 11:59:59PM (Central Time) Sunday, April 12, 2009

How To Enter : Visit stubhub.westwoodone.com and follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Only one entry per physical address, e-mail address or person is allowed.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s city of residence within the continental United States to Las Vegas, Nevada; two (2) days, one (1) night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) at a hotel selected by the Parties and two tickets to the Britney Spears concert at the MGM Grand on Saturday, April 25 (ARV $3,800).

Winners : For the name of the Grand Prize Winner or a copy of these official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “Winner” or “Official Rules” (specify which) c/o StubHub Britney Spears Fly Away Giveaway, PO BOX 1999 CULVER CITY, CA 90232.  All such requests must be received by May 12, 2009 to receive a response.
