Syfy 31 Days of HalloweeNYC Fly Away Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begin on September 26, 2011 at 12:01 AM ET and end on November 1, 2011 at 11:59 PM ET

Limit : You may enter only once per day for a total of thirty one (31) Entries per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to winner (“Winner”). The Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City (“Trip”) and two (2) tickets to see the Broadway play SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark at the Foxwoods Theatre, located at 213 West 42nd Street, New York, NY (“Event”). Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major gateway airport in or near New York City (“NY Airport”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2) three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel in or near New York, NY (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 3) round trip ground transportation between the NY Airport and Hotel; 4) two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to attend Event; and 5) front row seating for Winner and Guest along the route of the annual Halloween parade scheduled to take place on October 31, 2012 in the Greenwich Village area in New York, NY (“Parade”). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
