T-Mobile Family Music Vacation Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The T-Mobile Family Music Vacation Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who (a) presently are located and living in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (b) are 21 years of age or older as of 8/22/08, and (c) have an active and valid e-mail address as of 8/22/08.

Promotion Period : T-Mobile Family Music Vacation Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:01 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/22/08 and ends at 2:59:59 pm ET on 12/31/08 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the entire duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded, consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) persons to any location on the T-Mobile Music Map at www.rhapsodyextras.com/tmobile (subject to approval by Sponsor).  The Grand Prize is comprised solely of (a) round-trip, coach-class air transportation, for use solely by the four (4) above-described persons, from the major U.S. commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize recipient’s principal residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), with all three (3) guests required to travel together on the same flights with the Grand Prize recipient); (b) two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in chosen T-Mobile Music Map City (at a hotel selected by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) in the form of three standard-size rooms, double occupancy; and (c) $500 for spending money for the winner only.  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is three thousand eight hundred dollars ($3,800).

Ten (10) First Prizes will be available to be awarded, each consisting of a one-year subscription to the basic Rhapsody Music Service plan. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) is one-hundred twenty dollars ($120) per First Prize.
