Eligibility : T-Mobile NBA Shot of a Lifetime Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : T-Mobile NBA Shot of a Lifetime Sweepstakes entry begins on 3/4/09 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 5/01/09 at 11:59:59 pm ET

How To Enter :  Go to www.T-Mobile.com/NBA and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit an entry/registration form. For an entrant’s online registration to be valid, the entrant must complete all required information and click on the “Enter Now” button on the registration page.

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per email address, per person and per mobile telephone number during the Promotion Period for entries submitted via SMS or online.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) group trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to five (5) friends (“Favorite 5 Friends”) to attend one (1) game during the NBA Playoffs 2009 (“Trip”) (exact NBA 2009 Playoff Game, travel dates and accommodations to be determined by Sponsor); the opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Favorite 5 Friends to play a five-point scoring game of basketball (“FAVES”) against a current or former NBA player of Sponsor’s choosing, (which may be filmed, photographed or recorded), for a chance for Winner to win fifty thousand dollars ($50,000 US); and a potential appearance with Grand Prize Winner’s Favorite 5 Friends and a current or former NBA player of Sponsor’s choosing in a pre-taped segment intended to air during the TNT telecast of the NBA Playoffs 2009. Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of T-MOBILE/NBA SHOT OF A LIFETIME Grand Prize is eighty-four thousand five hundred dollars ($84,500 US).
