Taste of Something Better Cooking Competition

Eligibility : The Taste of Something Better Cooking Competition (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia age 21 or older who at time of entry possess a valid US Passport and do not have formal culinary training.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/15/10 and 11:59 PM ET on 7/16/10 (the “Contest Entry Period”).

Prize (s):

Three (3) Winners will each win: A trip for Winner and one (1) guest to the Taste of Beverly Hills Wine & Food Festival in Beverly Hills, California (“Prize”). Trip is tentatively scheduled for September 1-3, 2010, but is subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  Each Prize consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from major commercial airport nearest respective Winner’s primary residence within the U.S., as determined by Sponsor; three (3) day/two (2)-night hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor, and two (2) tickets to the Taste of Beverly Hills Wine & Food Festival (“Event”) and $500.Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $3,400
