Prize (s) :

Three (3) Grand Prizes:
a) Las Vegas, NV trip includes tickets for winner plus three (3) guests to attend the USA Men’s Basketball Exhibition Game currently scheduled for 7/12/12. Trip consists of tickets for winner plus three (3) guests to designated game, round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Las Vegas, NV, two (2)-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms), admission to the Sunkist Soda reception on 7/11/12 and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,888.
b) Barcelona, Spain trip includes tickets for winner plus three (3) guests to attend the USA Men’s Basketball Exhibition Games currently scheduled for 7/22/12 and 7/24/12 and a gift bag consisting of various USA Men’s Basketball items (designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Trip consists of tickets for winner plus three (3) guests to designated games, round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Barcelona, four (4)-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms), a daytime activity (as designated by Sponsor), a dinner for four (excluding alcohol) while in Barcelona not to exceed $250 and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/games. ARV: $8,760.
c) Dream Media Room consists of a flat screen television, a Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound system. ARV: $5,000.

Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes (one (1) per Entry Period): USA Basketball Team merchandise. ARV: $150 each.
