Ted’s Montana Grill Secret Ingredient Showdown

Eligibility : The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who satisfy the following criteria (the “Eligibility Criteria”): (a) those who are, as of the date of entry, at least eighteen (18) years of age and have entered a valid e-mail address and with Internet access at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Contest begins on April 5, 2010, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends on May 30, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Go to contest.tedsmontanagrill.com and follow the instructions.

Limit : You can enter the contest a total of four (4) times using each of the four (4) secret ingredients once.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize

The Grand Prize of the Contest will consist of the following:

(i)     the Winner’s recipe will be featured on the Ted’s Montana Grill menu for a period of time and at restaurant locations to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;

(ii)     a weekend trip for two (2) people to New York City including, (a) round-trip, coach airfare for two from a major domestic departure city within the continental United States and near Entrant’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, to New York City, (b) hotel lodging of Sponsor’s choice for two (2) nights;

(iii)     the choice of (a) up to two (2) cooking classes at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City (depending on availability) or (b) a walking Food Tour of New York City that will include a trip to Chelsea Market and $250 spending money to be used at Chelsea Market;

(iv)     dinner for two (2) at Ted’s Montana Grill Rockefeller Center (up to $100.00 total, gratuity and alcohol not included); and
(v)    an All-Clad stainless 14-piece cookware set (valued at approximately $1,100.00), (vi)    one year’s supply of Ted’s Montana Grill gift cards (one (1) $83.33 gift card per month for 8 months and one (1) $83.34 gift card per month for 4 months) to be used to redeem free food for one year.  Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable (valued at $1,000).

Total estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,500.00

Second Place Prize

The Winner of the Second Place Prize will receive:

an All-Clad stainless nine-piece cookware set (valued at $575.00); and
a $500.00 Gift Card to Ted’s Montana Grill.

Third Place Prize

The Winner of the Third Place Prize will receive:

an All-Clad stainless nine-piece cookware set (valued at $575.00) and
a $250.00 Gift Card to Ted’s Montana Grill.

Fourth Place Prize

The Winner of the Fourth Place Prize will receive:

(i)    an All-Clad stainless five-piece cookware starter set (valued at $250.00); and
(ii)    a $250.00 Gift Card to Ted’s Montana Grill.

Bi-Weekly Prizes

Winners of Bi-Weekly Prizes will receive one of the following Secret Ingredient Prize Packages:

(i)    $100 Ted’s Montana Grill gift card;
(ii)    $50 Ted’s Montana Grill gift card and 1 personalized Ted’s Montana Grill chef’s coat;
$50 Ted’s Montana Grill gift card, 1 eco-friendly tote bag, and 1 autographed hardcover edition of Ted Turner’s autobiography, “Call Me Ted”; or
$50 Ted’s Montana Grill gift card and select Ted’s Montana Grill memorabilia
