The Closer Finale Celebration Promotion Presented by TNT & Lincoln

Eligibility : Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who, at time of entry, are at least 21 years of age.

Promotion Period : Starts on July 2, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (5): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest” or “Travel Companion”) – to Los Angeles, California for two (2) nights / three (3) days during the week of August 6, 2012 and receive an opportunity to walk the red carpet and attend a screening of the final episode of The Closer (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of: round-trip coach-class air travel for two (2) people from a gateway airport near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Co-Sponsors in Co-Sponsors’ discretion) to LAX airport in Los Angeles, California; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) as selected by Co-Sponsors in Co-Sponsors’ discretion; admittance for two (2) people to the Ultimate Closer Superfan Red Carpet Event on August 7, 2012 (the “Event”); round-trip ground transportation from LAX to the hotel and from the hotel to the Event; and $500.00 Visa® Gift Card for miscellaneous Trip expenses. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $3,900.
