The North Face Moab Explore Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Moab Explore Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the 50 United States and District of Columbia and (“Territory”) and is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 16 or over, as of date of entry: if you do NOT reside in Territory or are otherwise ineligible, do NOT attempt to enter the Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The North Face Moab Explore Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 2, 2009 and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 15, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : During Sweepstakes Period, go to www.thenorthface.com and click on the Moab Explore Sweepstakes button to access the Sweepstakes page.

Limit : LIMIT ONE ENTRY (OF ANY KIND) PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): trip for winner and one guest (13 or over) to Salt Lake City and Moab, Utah where winner and guest will take an adventure tour of Moab; the tour will be provided by Western River Expeditions, Inc. (also doing business as Moab Adventure Center). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip: $4,000. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation between major commercial airport near winner’s residence (of Sponsor’s sole choosing) and Salt Lake City, UT; standard, double occupancy accommodations at hotel in Salt Lake City, UT or Park City, UT (of Sponsor’s sole choosing) for 2 nights; $300 spending money (which may be used to pay for costs of ground transportation); standard, double occupancy accommodations at Gonzo Inn in Moab, UT for 2 nights; 1 Night Camping (on the Colorado River); 2 Days Rafting; 1 Off Road Backcountry Safari; 1 Arches Hike and Scenic Tour; Meals in Moab, UT except 1 Dinner (no alcoholic beverages). Runner Up Prizes (10): a $50 The North Face gift card to be used at a The North Face retail store in Territory or at www.thenorthface.com and an America The Beautiful – The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass (good for Entrance Fees/Standard Amenity Fees for (1) year at any recreation site managed by the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management or the Bureau of Reclamation). Total ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $130.
