Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) (“Territory”) who are 18 or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is older) or over, as of date of entry: if you do NOT reside in Territory or are otherwise ineligible, do NOT attempt to enter the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner will receive his/her choice of a 5-day/4 night trip for winner and one guest to Sochi, Krasnodar Krai, Russia to attend a major international sports competition, February 19, 2014 – February 23, 2014 OR a 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one guest to Park City, Utah to attend the USSA Grand Prix, which is scheduled for January 16, 2014 – January 19, 2014, where the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) will name its team that will participate in the upcoming international sports competition.

Sochi trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation between international airport near winner’s residence (of Sponsor’s sole choosing) and Sochi; 5-nights deluxe hotel accommodations; 4-days of breakfast and dinner (excluding alcohol beverages; restaurants/dining options being of Sponsor’s sole choosing); VIP access to 2 skiing events at international sports competition (exact athletic events at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to availability and other restrictions); ground transportation between Sochi airport and hotel and between hotel and athletic events.  Winner will also receive $7,000 (USD) which may be used by winner to pay for taxes incurred because of receipt of prize, as applicable (or for any other purpose of winner’s sole choosing).
Approximate Retail Value of Sochi Trip: $37,000.00 (USD).

Park City trip consists of roundtrip coach air transportation between major airport (if Canadian resident, international airport) near winner’s residence (of Sponsor’s sole choosing) and Salt Lake City, Utah; 5-nights deluxe hotel accommodations; VIP access to Mens & Womens Halfpipe and Slopestyle events as well as Team-naming event/concert (subject to availability and other restrictions); ground transportation between Salt Lake City airport and Park City.
Approximate Retail Value of Park City Trip: $4,000.00 (USD).

First Prize (4) – a Villagewear full zip Cadet jacket and Base Camp duffel in winner’s choice of country from among (6) available countries. Style and size of jacket/duffel are subject to availability.  Approximate Retail Value: $264 (USD) each.

Second Prize (6) – a Villagewear Mountain trucker hat in winner’s choice of country from among (6) available countries. Style and size of hat are subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value: $30 (USD) each.
