The Princess and the Frog Ultimate Disney Experience Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Princess and the Frog Ultimate Disney Experience Sweepstakes open only to residents age 8 years or older at the start of Entry Period, who are legally residing within the 50 states or D.C. (except for residents of Maine, under 18 years of age, who may not enter) (collectively, “Territory”).

Promotion Period : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., September 19 and ending at 11:59 P.M., October 4, 2009 (“Entry Period”)

Limit : Limit One (1) Entry per person.

Prize (s):

Five (5) GRAND PRIZES: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to the red carpet premiere of “The Princess and The Frog” tentatively scheduled to occur on November 15, 2009 (“Premiere”) at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one standard room with quadruple occupancy); [2] tickets to the Premiere and an event occurring after the Premiere where participants may view archival costumes, play games, meet the Disney Princesses (“The Ultimate Disney Experience”); [3] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Premiere, round-trip coach air transportation between a major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Los Angeles area airport; [4] if winner resides two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the Premiere, ground transportation as selected solely by Sponsor between winner’s residence and hotel will be provided for Group; and [5] ground transportation for airport/hotel transfers (if applicable) and for hotel/Premiere transfers. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and Sponsor’s approval. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $3,630
