Eligibility : The Proposal Temp Challenge Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents 18 years or older who are physically located within the 50 United States, D.C. or Canada (excluding Quebec) (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : The Proposal Temp Challenge Sweepstakes may only be entered Online during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time, May 22, 2009, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time, June 26, 2009 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter : You may enter by going to www.proposaltempchallenge.com, participating in an interactive “interview” by answering questions, and following the how to enter instructions (“Entry”).

Limit : Only one Entry per person/Address per calendar day (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE: One trip (“Trip”) for the winner (“Winner”) and 1 guest (“Guest”) (collectively, “Couple”) to New York, NY (“City”). The Trip will consist of the following elements for the Couple: [1] hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy and room tax); [2] round-trip coach air transportation on Sponsor-selected dates on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence in the Territory (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; and [3] US$500.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,500
