The Revolutionize Your Life Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 4/28/12.

Promotion Period : Begins on or about 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/29/12 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 7/28/12 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.

Prize (s) :

Three (3) Grand Prizes (1 winner per Sweepstakes Period) are available. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend a taping of The Revolution (“Show”). Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and a guest to New York from an airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel in the New York area as selected by Sponsor; round-trip ground transportation to and from New York area airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to a taping of The Revolution; meet and greet with cast of The Revolution (“cast”); and a $100 Walgreens and Procter & Gamble gift basket (exact items in gift basket to be selected by Sponsor). ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,300.00.

Winner List : For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “The Revolutionize Your Life Sweepstakes Winners”, c/o LeadDog Marketing Group, 159 W. 25th Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001. All such requests must be received by August 31, 2012.
