Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older, who (only applicable if using text method of entry) have a registered wireless account with Short Message Services (“SMS”) capability and/or wireless internet service, and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) (“Entrant”).

Promotion Period : Begins Monday, February 3, 2014, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. PT on Saturday, February 15, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Enter by SMS : To enter via SMS text messaging, Entrant will be required to submit the applicable “Family Member of the Day” that appeared on the Program to 48307.  Entrant will be required to follow any on-screen instructions to complete the entry.

Limit : Five (5) total entries per each broadcast day during the Sweepstakes Period if entering online or via text message.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize (“Prize”) awarded. Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to four (4) Guests (“Guests”) to Hollywood, California.  Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to four (4) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (two rooms, double/triple occupancy, room and tax only) at Sheraton Universal Hotel (or another hotel as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles; Passes for admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to four (4) Guests; attendance at one (1) Warner Bros. VIP Studio Tour for Winner and up to four (4) Guests; and a chance to visit the set of “The Middle” at Warner Bros. Studios.  Prize winner will also receive “The Middle” Season 1-3 on DVD and a $500 Ovation Brand gift card.  The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Eight Thousand Four Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Ninety-Seven Cents ($8,419.97).

First Prizes (20): DVD prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive “The Middle” Season 1-3 on DVD, and $25 Ovation Brand gift card.  The ARV of each First Prize is One Hundred Forty Four Dollars and Ninety-Seven Cents ($144.97).
