Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”).

Promotion Period : Begins on Sunday, April 1, 2012, at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) ET and ends on Monday, April 30, 2012, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, California (the “Trip”). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home to the Los Angeles, California, area* [Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and final determination of the departure airport, destination airport, air carrier used and flight times is at the sole discretion of the Grand-Prize Prize Provider]; two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel as determined by the Grand-Prize Prize Provider at its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in the Los Angeles area;* and two (2) 2-day park tickets for Universal Studios Hollywood for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion (“Park Tickets”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200).
