Travel Channel July 2012 Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia excluding California who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on July 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant is eligible to receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Sweepstakes Prize: The Grand Prize Package of a trip for two (2) to Miami, FL will consist of the following: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare from the major continental U.S. airport closest to winner’s home, as determined by Main Sponsor, to Miami, Florida; (ii) first class hotel accommodations for six (6) days and five (5) nights; (iii) dinner for two (2) evenings; (iv) watersport adventures including a catamaran across Biscane Bay to Marine Stadium where you will Jetski, kayak to a small private island, and snorkel for four (4) hours, parasailing in Miami Beach, half-day of private deep sea fishing, ride on an Airboat through the Everglade wilderness seeing alligators and other exotic wildlife in their natural habitat; (v) $2,000 spending money; (vi) rental car for duration of stay.
Trip must be completed by July 30, 2013, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize Package (or any unused portion thereof) in its entirety.
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize Package (“ARV”): $9,000.00.

Instant Win Game Prizes: THIRTY-ONE (31) PRIZES (one (1) Instant Win Game Prize awarded per day during the Promotion Period): Michelob Ultra Bike Bottles. ARV: $3.00.

 

Winner List : To receive a list of the winners, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Travel Channel July 2012 Sweepstakes – Winners’ List, Attn: Marketing, The Travel Channel, L.L.C., 5425 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 500, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815 within sixty (60) days of expiration of the Sweepstakes Period. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Travel Channel July 2012 Sweepstakes – Official Rules, Attn: Marketing, The Travel Channel, L.L.C., 5425 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 500, Chevy Chase, Maryland 20815 prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage with Official Rules requests.
