Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins on October 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Each participant is eligible to receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s) :
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Grand Cayman consisting of the following: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare from the major continental U.S. airport closest to winner’s home, as determined by Main Sponsor, to Grand Cayman; (ii) first-class hotel accommodations in one (1) double-occupancy room (room rate and tax only) for five (5) nights and six (6) days in Grand Cayman; (iii) daily buffet breakfast; (iv) a catamaran dinner cruise; (v) an underwater submarine adventure tour; (vi) an opportunity to snorkel with stingrays; (vii) roundtrip airport transfers in Grand Cayman; and (viii) all taxes related to accommodations and travel. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip package: $10,000.

My husband and I really enjoy the travel channel! I am handicapped and homebound so I really appreciate the ‘ability’ to ‘travel’ to places i’ve never been or hope to! Occasionally I am able to revisit places I traveled to or relive disasters that occurred when I was younger [before I broke my hip & became homebound} through some of your programs. It’s amazing how pictures can bring back memories so strong that it seems as if they just happened yesterday! Toy Hunter is a bittersweet program for us as we had quite a collection of antique and collectible toys before we lost everything when our home burned to the ground in 3 hours! We lost all of our photos and videos also so maybe that’s another reason we enjoy the programs that recall places and events from our life together. If you’re ever for an idea for a prize/contest how about helping a family like ours get all the photos from family members who can’t afford to copy for us or won’t take the time? Now that would be worth winning! If by some remote chance we were to win one of your Grand Cayman trips I would definately make every possible effort to go. I grew up on the Gulf Coast in south Texas and I love the ocean. It feels so wonderful on my poor legs- ( I also have RSD- reflex sympathetic dystrophy)! I haven’t left Utah (except for short trips across the state lines to Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming) since I traveled to Europe with my husband in 1998! (Oops- forgot… I did go to Vancouver when my daughter was in a choral competition shortly after the fire and to Virginia in 2003 to my mother’s funeral) I would gladly suffer any amount of pain to spend time in a place like the Grand Cayman! One last hurrah! before I leave my fifties! Also I have just undergone 6 months of home health care learning to walk with a cane so I am ready for some adventure! Bring it on!

We need this vacation! My wife has suffered for so long that some time on a warm beach would be healthy for both body and spirit!
