TRESemmé Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Sweepstakes

Eligibility : TRESemmé Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The TRESemmé Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Sweepstakes begins on February 8, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit style-seeker.tresemme.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to New York, NY for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (in September 2010). Trip package includes round trip coach-class air transportation for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest from an airport near winner’s home within the United States (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
(single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between airport and hotel; dinner for two (2) at a Sponsor-selected restaurant not to exceed $250; a $500 shopping spree for winner; and two (2) invitations for grand prize winner and one (1) guest to one (1) Sponsor-selected fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (show and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of grand prize: $5,000
